Famous rapper badshah recently became famous on the internet when news came that he has been fined by Gurugram police for breaking traffic rules. According to reports, the singer-rapper was charged a challan of Rs 15,500 by the traffic police for driving on the wrong side while going to Karan Aujla's music concert in Gurugram with his convoy in mahindra Thar on 15 December (Sunday). However, now badshah has denied the fine.

Let us tell you that badshah posted on his social media, denying the reports of violating traffic rulessaying that he does not own a Thar car. In his post on instagram Stories, badshah wrote, "Bhai, I don't even have a Thar, nor was I driving it that day. I was being taken in a White Welfare and we always drive responsibly, be it cars or games."


What was the Gurugram police Commissioner quoted as saying

At the same time, according to the Hindustan Times report, Gurugram police Commissioner (Traffic) Virendra Vij has been quoted as saying, "The Thar was registered in the name of a person, Deepender Hooda of Panipat, and he was driving it. The total online fine against Hooda under three sections of the Motor vehicles Act, including dangerous driving and wrong-side driving, was Rs 15,500.

At the same time, Gurugram police Public Relations Officer sandeep Kumar also said that the police had received information about three vehicles driving in the wrong direction on Sohna Road. After investigation, it was found that it was the convoy of singer Badshah. Apart from the car in which the rapper was sitting, the other two vehicles had temporary vehicle registration numbers. At present, further investigation is going on.


Badshah's team issued a statement calling the allegations false

Soon after the incident hit the headlines, Badshah's team also issued a statement and said, "We are issuing this statement regarding the recent defamatory reports and false allegations about a traffic incident involving badshah after the karan Aujla concert on December 15, 2024. These reports allege that Badshah was involved in breaking traffic rules, specifically driving on the wrong side of the road. We want to make it clear that this allegation is completely false.


The team further said that on the night of the concert, badshah was traveling in a white toyota Vellfire (registration number HR 55 AU 3333) driven by a licensed professional driver. “Our transport arrangements for the entire event included one toyota Vellfire and three more toyota Innova Crysta. badshah was not driving any of these vehicles.”
