The actor revealed during this time that he has been a very shy person. So when his debut film 'Kaho Naa Pyar Hai' was released, he did not step out of the house due to shyness and anxiety. Pyar Hai' was releasing, I was so shy and anxious that I did not give a single interview. I didn't step out of my house to do anything. I skipped the entire promotional event. It's been 25 years and this thing about me hasn't changed. I am still as shy as I was. For me, this is an opportunity and an excuse to say things to all of you that I probably never said in 25 years.'
Hrithik Roshan further said, 'I feel that all of you have helped me a lot. In these 25 years, you have helped me become the person and the actor that I am. All the questions and answers you asked me made me feel uncomfortable and that's how I have grown. Sometimes you made me feel responsible and sometimes you made me accountable. The film 'Kaho Naa Pyar Hai' was directed by Hrithik's father Rakesh Roshan. hrithik roshan and Amisha Patel were paired together in this film.
