Dhanush-Nayanthara: The dispute between Dhanush-Nayanthara is not taking the name of stoppingthe copyright case will now be heard on this day

The dispute between actors dhanush and Nayanthara does not take the name of the ending. Now the madras high court has adjourned the hearing till january 22. The entire dispute between actor dhanush and Nayanthara is about 'Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale'. Dhanush had filed a case against the actress and her husband Vignesh Shivan and Netflix for using BTS footage from 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan'. Now the madras high court has adjourned the final hearing.

The ongoing legal dispute between actress Nayanthara and actor Dhanush's production house Wunderbar Production has attracted a lot of attention. The madras high court has now adjourned the final hearing of the case till January 22. As Netflix sought time to advance its case, Judge Abdul Quddous fixed the date of hearing as january 22, saying that no further adjournments would be granted.

In his complaint, dhanush said that the makers of the documentary have violated his copyright protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, as they did not take a NOC from him to use the BTS of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan in the documentary on 'Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale' being streamed on Netflix. dhanush and Nayanthara had a very good friendship for many years, however, their relationship turned sour when Nayanthara issued a statement accusing him of misbehaving by not allowing the use of the clip.

Nayanthara also responded to dhanush and wrote in the open letter, 'Fans and my well-wishers are waiting for this documentary of mine. This documentary is the result of the efforts of many people. For two years we waited for your permission and kept asking for your NOC, but you did not allow us to use some scenes, songs, and even photographs of 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan'. Finally, we gave up and decided to release the documentary with the existing version. I am sad that my most special film could not be included in this documentary.
