He further said, "I think acting as a hero in films is one thing, and acting like one in real life is different. When you are attacked at home, he acted like a true hero."
Dr Neeraj along with Lilavati's Chief Surgeon Dr Nitin Dange, Trustee prashant Mehta, who performed the actor's surgery, and the entire team were present at the press conference.
Dr Nitin Dange said, "Saif's condition is improving and he is fine. He is working very well. We have shifted him from the ICU to a special room after telling him what he should do and what he should not do. He has an injury in his spine, which is recovering. However, there is a chance of infection, due to which people who come to meet him have been stopped so that there is no risk of infection. "
The doctor further said, "Saif needs rest to recover completely soon. We have advised him to rest. Today Saif also walked and during this, he did not have any discomfort or much pain. He is fine. "
