While the video was captioned with an Om emoji, her choice of the "Roar of R" song sparked intrigue. The reel also shows her briefly holding a folder before ending with her arrival in Hyderabad. With weeks of speculation surrounding her potential involvement in SSMB 29, fans quickly took this as confirmation.

Details about Rajamouli's next project after ‘RRR’ and Mahesh Babu's upcoming film following ‘Guntur Kaaram’ remain under wraps. Written by Rajamouli’s father, Vijayendra Prasad, the film is expected to be an action-adventure akin to Indiana Jones. It was officially launched with a pooja ceremony in hyderabad earlier this month, but the makers have kept Mahesh Babu’s look a secret.
Filming was initially scheduled to begin in mid-2024, but the film's pre-production took longer than expected. During a special screening of R in Japan, rajamouli shared, “His name is Mahesh Babu, he is a telugu actor (people hoot). Looks like many of you already know him. He is very handsome. Hopefully, we finish the film a little bit fast and during the release, I will bring him here, and I'll introduce him to you. I'm sure you will love him as well.”
