The band then resumes playing, as the crowd erupts in cheers and waves their phone flashlights. On Monday, Shah Rukh Khan took to X to share a clip of chris Martin's shoutout, expressing his gratitude with a heartfelt message. He also posted the same on his instagram Stories, thanking the Coldplay frontman for the sweet gesture.
“Look at the stars…look how they shine for you….and everything you do! My brother chris Martin you make me feel special….like your songs,” Shah Rukh wrote. love you and a big hug to your team. Chris Martin and Coldplay performed in india in 2016 at the Global Citizen festival, where Shah Rukh Khan hosted an after-party for the band at his home.

As part of their music of the Spheres World Tour, Coldplay will perform again at Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium on Tuesday. The band will then head to ahmedabad for back-to-back shows at the narendra modi Stadium on january 25 and 26. Coldplay last performed in india in 2016 at the Global Citizen festival in Mumbai. The british rock band consists of frontman chris Martin, guitarist Jonny Buckland, bassist Guy Berryman, drummer Will Champion, and manager Phil Harvey.
