Actor Harshvardhan Rane, who played the lead role in this film, spoke on the re-release of the film. On the film's excellent performance in the second innings, he said that everyone should keep working hard. Even if there is no result, one should keep working hard. The actor said, 'All of us, all actors, those working in offices or working at home, this is a lesson for everyone that no matter how many years pass, you should keep fighting. I want to share this with you, get up every day, go to work, and keep working hard.'
The actor further said, 'When you come home, check whether you have got the result or not. If you do not get the result, do not be disappointed. If you do not get the result in a week, you will get it in a month. You will get it in six months. You will get it in a year. Sometimes it may take many years like this film, but the result of your hard work will come. The response that this film is getting now is dedicated to all those who work hard.'
Harshvardhan further said, that if you ever go to do something new in life, it is difficult. I ran away from home at the age of 16, and that too was a difficult experience for me. It is difficult to describe that experience.' When the actor was asked why this film did not do well then, he said, 'I don't know the reason for this. And if I knew, 99 percent of the films would have become hits. No one can tell why this film did not do well and why this one did. Some experts are 80 percent right, but no one can tell 100 percent.' Let us tell you that at the time of its original release, 'Sanam Teri Kasam' earned only 9 crores and proved to be a flop. Whereas, the film released on 07 February has earned 15.50 crores in just three days.
