Deepika Padukone used to get stressed during exams
In the 'Pariksha Pe Charcha' program, deepika padukone said, "I was a very naughty child. I would always climb on the table, chair, sofa and jump off them.'' She then shared her experience of preparing for the exam and said, “I used to get extremely stressed (during exams) because I was very weak in Maths. I am still weak in it. But as narendra modi has suggested in his book Exam Warriors, "Express never suppress." So always express yourself to your friends, family and teachers.
Tips to handle depression
During the session, deepika also shared useful tips to deal with stress. She said, “It is natural to have depression and it is a part of life. How we handle it is the important thing... It is important to be patient with regard to exams and results... We can only do what is in our control, we can sleep well, hydrate well, exercise and meditate.''
