Vikas Phatak, famously known as Hindustani Bhau, has filed a complaint against farah khan through his lawyer, Advocate ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh. According to the latest reports, the complaint was filed today at the Khar police Station, requesting legal action against Farah for the controversial remarks made during an episode of Celebrity MasterChef on february 20. 


These allegations have been made against Farah Khan.

According to an IANS report, in his complaint, Vikash Phatak alleged that farah khan described holi as "a festival for Chhaparis", which many people consider derogatory. Hindustani Bhau further said that her comment hurt his religious sentiments as well as the sentiments of the wider Hindu community.


Lawyer Deshmukh said, "My client says that this comment made by farah khan has insulted the religious sentiments of Hindus. The use of the word 'Chhapri' to describe a holy festival is highly inappropriate and is likely to create communal tension." Complaints have been filed against farah khan in several sections. An FIR has been registered against her under sections 196, 299, 302, and 353 of the indian Penal Code.
