According to reports, the actor has rented two high-end duplex apartments in Pali Hills, mumbai from Bollywood's Bhagnani family. One of these apartments belongs to producer Jackie Bhagnani and the other belongs to his sister deepshikha Deshmukh. Renovation work is going to be done in Shah Rukh Khan's dream home Mannat in May, which is why the actor is shifting to a rented house.

Let us tell you that the original name of Shahrukh Khan's bungalow Mannat was Villa Vienna. It was built in 1914 by Nariman K. Dubash. With its classic european architecture, this bungalow has been a historical site for more than a century. Shahrukh had shot a scene at the bandstand for his 1997 film Yes Boss. During this time he became crazy about this property and in 2001 he decided to buy it. According to media reports, king Khan bought this bungalow at that time for just Rs 13 crore. Today, the price of Shahrukh Khan's house Mannat is estimated to be Rs 200 crore. That is, the price of Mannat has increased 15 times in 24 years. The king of bollywood himself has said that Mannat house is his most expensive purchase.

Mannat is a six-story bungalow spread over 27,000 square feet, which has both vintage and contemporary designs. Mannat has five bedrooms, a gym, a swimming pool, a library, Shahrukh Khan's office, a terrace, and a personal movie theater. This house was designed by Shahrukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan along with architect-designer Kaif Fakih. Today Mannat has become much more than a house. It is a tourist spot for king Khan's fans where they are desperate to get a glimpse of their favorite actor.
