Bollywood Actor shakti kapoor Sells Rental In Juhu For Rs 6.11 Crore
Bollywood actor shakti kapoor has offered his condo in silver Seashore heaven Co-operative Society, Juhu, mumbai, for Rs 6.11 crore, according to IGR property registration files.
The transaction becomes registered in december 2024.
As per the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) belongings registration files reviewed by rectangular yards, the condo sold through shakti kapoor has a built-up place of eighty-one point eighty-four square (almost 881 sqft). The transaction incurred a stamp obligation charge of Rs. 36.66 lakh and registration expenses of Rs. 30,000.
