CM Devendra Fadnavis's big statement after watching the film?

Maharashtra chief minister devendra fadnavis attended the special screening of Vicky Kaushal's film 'Chhava' in Mumbai. After watching the historical film, cm fadnavis praised the makers for sharing the true story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj through 'Chhava'. He said that "Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was knowledgeable in 11 different languages. He was also a poet and writer. He said, "Many people of india have got more information about Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj from the film Chhava and I thank the members of Chhava crew and the entire team. They have portrayed history perfectly in the film. I thank the producer, director, distributor, actors and actresses. Thanks to Aditi Tatkare for the wonderful arrangements."

Historians did a lot of injustice - CM

Maharashtra chief minister devendra fadnavis said that 'Chhava' has succeeded in highlighting the heroic life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The chief minister said, "Those who wrote history did a lot of injustice to Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, but through this film his valor, bravery, cleverness, intelligence, knowledge, all these aspects of his life are coming in front of the people."

He said, "The way Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj continuously protected Swarajya after Chhatrapati shivaji Maharaj, his sacrifice is coming in front of the people through this film. I would like to congratulate the makers of this film and the entire team."

The chief minister was accompanied by several other political leaders and dignitaries at the special screening of 'Chhava'. Directed by director Laxman Utekar, 'Chhava' is a cinematic adaptation of shivaji Sawant's Marathi novel 'Chhava'. The film stars vicky kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, rashmika mandanna as Maharani Yesubai, akshaye khanna as Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, ashutosh rana as Sarsenapati Hambirao Mohite, divya dutta as Soyrabai, diana penty as Zeenat-un-Nisa Begum and Neil Bhoopalam as prince Akbar.
