At that time my father was often out of town, and my mother used to take care of us alone."
Chiranjeevi further said, "My sister ramana had a brain tumor. She died in the government hospital. Mother and I brought her body home in a rickshaw. We did not know how to perform the last rites. At that time, our Muslim neighbors helped us and completed the rituals. By the time my maternal grandfather got the news and came, we had already performed the last rites."
