Chhaava Field office Collection Day 25: Vicky Kaushal's movie Crosses Rs. Seven Hundred Crore Globally.
Vicky Kaushal's historical epic Chhaava is proving to be an unstoppable pressure at the field workplace! On its twenty-fifth day, the film formally crossed the Rs 700-crore mark globally.
Regardless of being nearly a month into its theatrical run, Chhaava continues to pull audiences to the large screen, showing no symptoms of slowing down. The movie, which sees vicky kaushal in a powerful avatar as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, has been showered with rewards for its gripping storytelling, grand visuals, and, of course, Vicky's stellar performance.
Notwithstanding its amazing field office run, Chhaava hit a bit of a pace bump on Day 25, with collections taking a great dip on Monday. However, with the holi festivities around the corner, the film is expected to bounce back sturdily in the coming days, as audiences flock to theaters for the vacation rush.
At the indian box office, the Maddock movie production has stormed beyond the Rs 500 crore net mark, making history as the first movie of 2025 to acquire this feat and only the 8th ever to do so. What is even more stunning? Chhaava is now the fourth-quickest hindi movie to attain this milestone, trailing only stree 2 (22 days), Jawan (18 days), and Pushpa 2 (a record-smashing eleven days).
In keeping with enterprise tracker Sacnilk, Chhaava raked in a massive Rs 85 crore across the world, even as its general gross collection in india stands at Rs 620.3 crore. By the end of Day 25, Chhaava had officially stormed past the Rs 705.3 crore mark globally.
But Chhaava hit a chunk of a slowdown on its fourth Monday, with Day 25 bringing in just Rs four crore at the indian container office, in step with Sacnilk. As of now, the profits breakdown among the movie's hindi and tamil versions hasn't been revealed. But with this modern-day update, Chhaava has collected a mind-blowing Rs 526.05 crore in india over its 25-day theatrical run.
Other than Vicky Kaushal's gripping performance, the movie boasts an ensemble cast featuring rashmika mandanna, Diana Penty, Neil Bhoopalam, Ashutosh Rana, and divya Dutta. It is directed by way of Laxman Utekar and released internationally on february 14, 2025. Chaava is based on shivaji Sawant's Marathi novel of the same name. PM narendra modi had praised the movie all through his latest address at the 98th akhil Bharatiya Marathi Sahitya Sammelan at Vigyan Bhavan in Delhi.
