priyanka Chaturvedi shared a video and wrote on X, "How is this a normal thing? This is a low level of gaining popularity. airlines should focus on safety and on-time arrival and departure and not on live entertainment."
SpiceJet's clarification
There was information that holi was celebrated when the plane had taken off. But, SpiceJet has clarified that holi was celebrated when the plane was on the ground. Sharing the video of holi celebration, SpiceJet wrote on X, "Signature festival, signature song, and a celebration like no other. Our crew brought holi alive with an energetic dance and proved that traditions fly with us. The video was shot on the ground following all safety standards."
Priyanka's post was not liked by social media users
In the video, it can be seen that the crew members are welcoming the passengers by applying color and dancing to bollywood songs which the passengers are also enjoying. Most are taking pictures and videos of this. At the same time, social media users were also seen trolling priyanka Chaturvedi on her tweet. One user wrote, "Airlines Crew members are enjoying, customers are enjoying. people watching the video are enjoying. What's your problem?'' Another wrote, "SpiceJet has already clarified that dancing was done on the ground."
