Sathyaraj met salim khan through salman khan at Sikandar event.
Veteran actor sathyaraj spoke about meeting salman Khan's father, veteran screenwriter salim khan, on the Sikandar trailer release on march 23. He referred to that salman delivered him as Kattappa, his iconic individual from Baahubali.
For the unversed, sathyaraj plays the principal villain in Salman's upcoming Eid release.
Addressing the media on the Sikandar trailer release, sathyaraj expressed his exhilaration about meeting Salim Khan. He stated, "The happiest thing that happened these days for me is that I got to meet Salim ji, and Saab (Salman) introduced me to him, saying, 'Papa, Kattapaa.' I am very glad because while I used to be studying at university, I knew that Salim-Javed sahab made so many (actors) heroes with their script."
"So, this is an extraordinary opportunity. Greater than acting with salman ji, it is a fantastic possibility to satisfy Salim ji," sathyaraj added. He later thanked filmmaker AR murugadoss for casting him as the primary villain in Sikandar.
"Murugadoss sir brought me back as one of the most sarcastic villains on this film. in advance, after I did that sort of component, it became like a trendsetter. I enjoyed operating in that style again," added Sathyaraj.
"I have been in the subject for the past 47 years, and I did almost 258 movies. I commenced my profession as a totally sarcastic villain. Later, I was given the opportunity to end up a hero, and I did a hundred movies as a hero," he said, as he pointed out his sturdy filmography.
The trailer of Sikandar was launched in the presence of salman khan, the movie's cast and makers, and the media. Salman's father, salim khan, was also a gift on the release. His close friend Iulia Vantur, too, was a part of the occasion.
Produced by means of Sajid Nadiadwala, the film also stars Prateik Babbar, Anjini Dhawan, and kajal aggarwal in pivotal roles. It releases on march 30.
