Bollywood superstar salman khan is in the news these days for his upcoming film 'Sikander'. The trailer of his film has been released in which his amazing action was seen at the age of 59. Meanwhile, today we are telling you about the disease of salman khan with which he was struggling for years, and at that time he used to be in a bad condition due to the pain.  


Salman Khan had a disease called trigeminal neuralgia. The superstar revealed in 2011 before the release of the film 'Bodyguard' that he had trigeminal neuralgia and to cure it, he underwent nerve surgery in America.


When salman khan shared his experience with the disease

In 2017, salman khan spoke openly to the media about his disease during the dubai launch of the first song radio of 'Tubelight'. He said- 'This is a disease in which the fear of suicide is the highest. It is very painful. I have suffered from it. So at that time, I realized that I had to work hard. No matter how much pain you are going through.'


What is Trigeminal Neuralgia

This is a disease in which there is a very piercing pain on the face. This pain is like an electric shock. This disease is also called Suicide Disease because due to extreme pain, the person suffering from this disease starts thinking of suicide.


'Sikander' releasing on 30th March

Let us tell you that salman Khan's film 'Sikander' is ready to release in theaters on 30th March 2025 on the occasion of Eid. Directed by AR Murgadoss, the film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. Apart from Salman Khan, rashmika mandanna, Kajal Aggarwal, Sharman Joshi, Satyaraj and Anjini dhawan will be seen in important roles in this film.
