 Popular comedian and 'Bigg Boss 17' winner Munawwar Faruqui has objected to an order issued by meerut Police. Meerut Police has warned against offering Eid prayers on public roads. On this, the comedian has expressed his anger through his social media handle.


This order has been issued keeping in mind the last friday prayers of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr on march 28. In which legal action has been taken including cancellation of the passport and driving license of the violators.

Now Munavvar Faruqui has objected to this order of the police. He shared a post on his instagram story. In which Munavvar expressed his anger toward the police. He wrote, 'This for 30 minutes of Namaaz? Will no festival be celebrated on the streets of india now?' Many netizens are now reacting to this post of Munavvar. Along with this, they criticized the order and called it discrimination.
