Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited the RSS Headquarters and Deekshabhoomi in nagpur this morning (30 March). At the RSS Headquarters, he paid tribute to the Sangh founders at the Smriti Mandir. He also paid tribute to Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar by visiting Deekshabhoomi. Deekshabhoomi is the same place where baba Saheb Ambedkar adopted buddhism along with thousands of followers in 1956
After this, the PM laid the foundation stone of the new extension building of madhav Netralaya Premium Center in Nagpur. Here, while addressing the people, he first congratulated the countrymen on navratri and Gudi Padwa. After this, he remembered the founders of RSS, Dr. Hedgewar and Golwalkar and the architect of the Constitution, Dr. Ambedkar. He also said that india has suffered a lot in history but due to new social movements, the conscience of the country was never hurt.
PM Modi said, 'If we look at the history of our country, we have faced hundreds of years of slavery, so many attacks, so many cruel attempts were made to erase the face of india, but the consciousness of india never got hurt. Its flame kept burning because new social movements kept happening even in the most difficult times.' Referring to the contribution of RSS here, he said that the years of penance of the Sangh are writing a new chapter of india today.
Providing cheap medicines also helps other countries
During this, PM Modi also presented the account of the work of the bjp government at the Center in the health sector. He said that our government is providing cheap medicines to the poor through the Jan Aushadhi Center. Dialysis centers have opened, which are providing free dialysis facilities. We will also take the country to new heights of progress in the direction of health.
Referring to the earthquake in Myanmar, PM Modi said, 'We are in Myanmar to help. We are evacuating people from war-torn countries. We are becoming the voice of the global south. We have big goals in front of us from 2025 to 2047.'
PM Modi has visited RSS headquarters for the first time in 11 years after becoming the Prime Minister
. Earlier, he had visited RSS headquarters in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Modi is the second person to visit RSS headquarters as a Prime Minister. Earlier, former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee had visited RSS headquarters in the year 2000.

PM Modi also signed the visitor's book of Smriti Mandir and Deekshabhoomi with different messages. In Smriti Mandir, he wrote, 'Salutations to the most revered Dr. Hedgewar and revered Guruji. I am overwhelmed to visit this Smriti Mandir to cherish their memories. This place dedicated to the values of indian culture, nationalism, and organization inspires us to move forward in national service.' Similarly, he signed the visitor's book of Deekshabhoomi remembering the contribution of Dr. Ambedkar.
