Nadigar Sangam paid tribute to Shivkumar by sharing a social media post. He said, 'Veteran film actor ravikumar, famous for his stellar career in malayalam and tamil cinema, died in Chennai. He breathed his last at 10:30 am on Friday. Shivkumar died due to cancer.
The actor's funeral will be held tomorrow on saturday 05 April. Sivakumar is said to be around 70 years old. In tamil, ravikumar acted in several films including 'Avargal' directed by veteran K Balachander. It also featured popular stars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan.
Apart from this, there are films like 'Pagalil Oru Iravu' and 'Ramana'. Sivakumar's malayalam films include 'Avalude Ravukal', 'Lisaa', 'Sarppam' and 'Angadi'. In the last years of his life, the actor also acted in many tv serials.
