Recently, a big fraud happened with the famous Marathi industry actor Sagar Karande. An unknown woman cheated the actor on instagram and stole lakhs of rupees. Let's know what is the whole matter.
Marathi actor Sagar Karande received a message on his whatsapp from an unknown number, who was calling herself a woman. The woman sent the actor an instagram link on whatsapp and said that he could earn Rs 150 crore for every like on the post. Then the actor agreed to be a part of it.
After this, Sagar liked many posts on instagram, due to which 10 transactions of Rs 11 thousand took place in his account. Seeing this, the actor was convinced that it was real. Then the fraud asked Sagar to invest the money and assured him of high returns. First, he withdrew Rs 27 lakh and said that he could withdraw the entire amount only after the work was done. Later the fraud asked the actor to invest Rs 19 lakh including tax. In this way, Sagar paid a total of Rs 61.83 lakh. After this, he did not get any money.
After depositing a large amount, when he did not get the money, he complained. Then he came to know that the money had been sent to another account. Investigation has been started in the case.
