In an interview with ETimes, Mawra has expressed her views on the protests against Pakistani artists working in Indian films. She said that she does not take this protest personally.
Mawra Hussain is especially known for the film 'Sanam Teri Kasam' starring Harshvardhan Rane. Recently, when this film was re-released in theaters, it earned a lot. Mawra said, 'I don't take it personally. This is how the world works, isn't it? I believe that if something has to happen, it will happen. I block out the noise around my work. I do what I like. Mawra Hussain further said, 'If I put my mind to thinking 'Oh, what is going to happen', then I will always be worried'. When asked if she has spoken to Fawad Khan in recent times? On this, Mawra said, 'When my co-stars do good work, we definitely meet each other. We congratulate each other. I really wish the best for everyone'.
Regarding the film 'Abir Gulaal', Mawra said, 'I hope this film does well. Let us tell you that the film 'Abir Gulaal' is going to be released in theaters on 09 May. The film is directed by Aarti S. Bagdi. Talking about fawad khan, he made his bollywood debut in the year 2016 with Kapoor and Sons. After this, in the same year, he was also seen in the film 'Ae dil Hai Mushkil' made by dharma Production. Fawad is making a comeback in indian cinema after about eight years.
