Samantha Ruth Prabhu talked about the problem of women!

Actress samantha Ruth Prabhu, famous for her outspokenness, spoke openly about periods. In a conversation with news agency IANS, she said that the conversation about periods is still done with shame, whispers and hesitation. samantha said, "We women have progressed a lot, have come a long way. In an episode of her podcast Tech20, the actress spoke to nutritionist Rashi Chaudhary about periods, cycle syncing, endometriosis and women's health related problems.

She said, "Talking to Rashi Chaudhary reminded me how important it is to break these old notions. Our cycles are strong and most importantly, they are life affirming. It is not something that should be ashamed of or hidden or, for that matter, taken lightly." samantha shared her challenges In an episode of the podcast, samantha spoke openly about her body, her relationships, a debilitating disease like endometriosis and the challenges she faces as a woman. In the podcast, samantha said, "How the menstrual cycle affects our mind and body is something we must continue to learn about with each passing year. Raashi, with her experience and depth of her knowledge, has a very clear way of explaining things and I am glad that we were able to have such a good conversation together which is necessary to truly understand.

Talking about films, samantha has entered the world of producer with the upcoming film 'Shubham'. samantha shared the teaser of her first production on 7 April.
