A Sikh - American teenager has wrote a book about bullying of Children in USA. He has wrote this book based on his own experiences. He said this book should raise an awareness on the issue as this leads to mental distress.
Karanveer Singh Pannu who is just 18 years is a High school student in New Jersey. He has now written the book, 'Bullying of Sikh American Children: Through the Eyes of a Sikh American High School Student'. Regarding this he said, "I have faced lots of trouble due to this bullying.
Sikh-American youth have been targeted in particular and there is no one to raise voice over, especially when it comes to bullying. I wanted to do something so that I could save others. I had lots of pain and suffering and I went each day through hell."
Pannu also stresses the Sikh faith and he also discusses about the significance of turban and history of Sikhs in United States. He also has produced some practical solutions which he got from interviews with several child psychiatrists and psychologists.
