The People’s Democratic Party Chief Mehbooba Mufti has said that on Tuesday the meeting with the Prime Minister Narendra Modi about the new government which is formed in Jammu and Kashmir was on the positive side and she said the final call would be made after the legislature’s meet on March 24th.
Mehbooba Mufti told the media personalities that her meeting with the Prime Minister was fruitful and she said the meeting was a positive one. She also said a final call will be made regarding the issue on Thursday.
Mufti met the Prime Minister Modi on Tuesday at 7 Race Course Road which was the last effort to renew the partnership between People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and Bharathiya Janatha Party (BJP) to form a new government at Jammu and Kashmir. Mufti has reached the Capital City on March 21st to have positive talks with the BJP Party and has also called on for a Legislature Party Meeting on March 24th.
Presently Jammu and Kashmir is under the control of the Governor as the Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed has passed away before three months. Sources have said her meeting with the PM was cancelled and she returned to Srinagar. The PDP and BJP’s terms has become a blockage last week and she has returned to her native and on Saturday morning as her anticipated meeting with the PM was not successful.
