Yamuna Development Authority extended residential scheme!!!


yamuna Development Authority has extended the date of application in the plot scheme keeping in view the convenience of the people applying in its residential scheme. Today the last date of application has been extended to 23 August. Along with this, the date for the lucky draw to be held on 20 september has also been extended to 10 October. So far one lakh forms have been sold under the scheme. Now the draw will be taken out on 10 October. With the extension of the application date, many more people will be able to apply in it.


In fact, on July 5, the scheme was started on 361 plots in seven different categories in YIDA's residential sectors 16, 18, 20 and 22 D. Under this, registrations were to be done by august 5. About one lakh forms have been sold in a month under the scheme. Most of these applicants have also deposited 10 percent amount to be deposited during registration. Different criteria of 10 percent amount have been fixed for each category. Authority's Chief Executive Officer Dr. Arunvir Singh said that on the demand of the applicants, the last date of application has been extended till 23 August. By taking this step by the authority, more and more people will get benefit.

CEO made changes in the housing scheme


A housing scheme was launched by yamuna Vikas Pradhikaran on July 5. Its last date was kept as august 5. At the same time, the CEO of yamuna Authority has taken a decision on this and extended its last date till 23 August. At the same time, due to noida International Airport, 800-900 people stand in line to get the plot here. According to this, now people can submit applications till 23 August. After that, plots will be allotted through draw lottery on october 10.
