1.       Rose Garden

Located just 2 kms from Munnar, the Forest Rose Garden blooms with forest rose and a variety of other rare flowers. The sight it presents is definitely worth a visit.

2.       Echo Point

Echo Point is a trek-friendly climb, lying 15 kms away from Munnar and is adorned with a small lake amidst rolling hills on the way. Due to the close knit hills placed at less than 90 degree angles, this spot is famous for the echoes it generates to calls.

3.       Mattupetty Dam

Mattupetty Dam, situated 13 kms off Munnar at 1700m above the sea level, is highly famous for the Indo-Swiss live stock projects. This picnic spot is also popular among its visitors for various activities like speed boating and horse riding.

4.       Kolukkumalai Tea Estate

Located 35 kms off Munnar is the Kolukkumalai Tea Estate, perched at an altitude of 8000 ft. above sea levels. This orthodox tea factory lays claim to being one of the highest in the world and is famous for its flavoursome tea.

5.       Top Station

Station, lying in the Western Ghats about 41 kms away from Munnar, is a perfect destination to have an exhilarating experience of cloud-walking.
