Kodanad Estate is full of mystery, deaths and controversies. Everything that entered there was a restless history, something unwritten at its entrance!

The late former chief minister jayalalithaa died after going to jail in a corruption case ... Comrade Sasikala also went to jail ... Estate guard killed ... Key person involved in the murder Zion's wife and daughter died in an accident ... State office computer operator commits suicide ... car driver was killed in the crash ... Currently, the sun is shining in fear of who is going to roll his head next......

When jayalalithaa was the chief minister in 1991, the Sasikala group was trying to buy an estate owned by Craig Jones in the Kodanad area. In 1994-95, jayalalithaa bought the Kodanad estate, bungalow and factory along with Sasikala. The estate, which was then 830 acres, was expanded to 900 acres.

Back in 2001, when the AIADMK came to power, jayalalithaa, who was busy with politics, came here only a few hours but did not stay. For the first time, in 2006, she stayed only in the old bungalow here. The environment with the lake adjacent to the bungalow fascinated her.

Bungalow Construction:

Next, construction of the new bungalow accelerated in 2007. At the same time, controversy arose over the building. Overcoming all obstacles, jayalalithaa moved to Kodanad Bungalow in 2011. When she came back to power, she also used to visit Kodanad. government officials also came under the name 'Kodanadu Camp'.

In that bungalow, the meeting of all the officials including the Chief Secretary, the election activities of the party and the important events of the AIADMK were held. The last visit to Kodanad Estate and Bungalow was in october 2015. After the election victory that followed, she did not come here.

Series of mishaps:

Jayalalithaa's death in 2016, Sasikala's imprisonment, murder of policeman Om Bahadur in Kodanad on april 24, 2017, robbery of a bungalow, J., Kanagaraj, who was the driver, died in an accident and Dinesh, who was working as a commuter operator in the estate, committed suicide. After that, various controversies arose over the Kodanad bungalow. As a result of this incident, 10 people were arrested. The case is pending in ooty Court. The regime change last May marked a major turning point in the case. As stated in the election promise, Kodanadu has been ordered to re-investigate the case.

Record Confession:

The police have re-recorded the confession of Zion, who is accused in the case, on the 17th. In it, information has come out that the AIADMK has said about key executives. In order to confirm this, 'The Kodanadu case has been taken up to divert the people from being able to fulfil the election promises; The AIADMK will meet anything, 'said former chief minister Palanisamy.

Since the acquisition of the Kodanad Estate, ongoing controversies, riots and political upheavals have continued. Following that chain, the next move, in this case, is yet to be revealed during the trial on the 27th.

The case has not reached the final stage!

Legal experts said: The case does not appear to have reached its final stage. In it, Zion, who is considered the main culprit, has filed a petition claiming to have reported certain things to the police, and since this is the only time the police have asked the court for permission to interrogate him, in which case, this move is unlikely to occur without key evidence. During the last regime, out of fear of the ruling party, he may have taken advantage of this opportunity as he did not tell much information to the police in public.

In it, Saiyan and Walayar Manoj, during an interview already given in Delhi, publicly blamed the ruling party. Following the hearing on the 27th, if the court allows, there is a possibility of a retrial with specific witnesses. After that, other details will come to light.
