BJP candidate Etela Rajender tweeted after the counting of votes that the huzurabad by-election had raised the banner of self-respect. He described the election as "a righteous war in which virtue stands on one side, virtue on the other, self-respect on the other, pride on the other, and wealth on the other."

In response, party Working President Katie Ramaru tweeted, "The trs has seen many ups and downs in the last 20 years. This election alone is not so important and will not have consequences."


Those who have carefully observed this election will not see any virtues, iniquities, seven years of trs rule, kcr leadership, the legacy of the telangana movement.

Finance minister Harish Rao has been staying in huzurabad for three years, campaigning, making promises and saying, 'I am here, I will stay here, vote for me, vote for KCR', but the people should vote. The congress and the bjp have worked together in huzurabad like nowhere else in the country. This is also being said by senior congress party leaders. 


The bjp and the congress, which are fighting at the national level, are being targeted by all the people of the state at the state level.


This is not the answer to the huzurabad long story. The fact is that in a way it is a statement that there is no loyalty among the people to TRS. Is the loyalty of the people to chief minister kcr so weak? If bjp and congress gesture together, will people turn against KCR?
