PMK Founder Ramadoss said, "The removal of the 10.50 percent quota for the Vanni in tamil Nadu by the chennai high court came as a shock and disappointment to the proletariat who had relied on it for advancement. Another party is celebrating it at the same time. But the truth is that the high court decision has ramifications for tamil Nadu's social justice system as a whole.

The fact is that the 7 questions asked by the chennai high court to deem the Vanniyar community's 10.50 percent reservation unlawful, as well as the attributes outlined in the High Court's judgment on which any reservation is based, cannot be maintained. Those queries, however, are not sophisticated, razor-sharp legal weapons. On the contrary, they've all been thoroughly discussed and addressed in the past. All of the solutions given to them at the chennai high court were ignored, and social justice was denied by just raising issues and amplifying them.

That is why, as I have repeatedly stated, these are not concerns asked to give justice, but rather to eliminate social justice in tamil Nadu. tamil Nadu is India's cradle of social justice, and we are proud of it. However, in tamil Nadu, there are strong forces working against social justice. Those forces may appear to be victorious at first, but in the end, the courts and the legislature have joined hands to slap them in the face. Those who have studied tamil Nadu's history between 1950 and 1994 are well aware of this fact. In tamil Nadu, a similar social justice crisis is brewing. This, too, will be resolved."
