Chennai: Udayanithi stalin personally visited the AIADMK headquarters and inspected it in front of the AIADMK headquarters in Chennai.

In chennai alone, more than 40 per cent rainfall has been reported in a single week, causing severe damage to the people. Nearly 480.1 mm of rain has been reported, leaving people in a state of panic.

The capital city of chennai, Tiruvallur, kanchipuram and Chengalpattu districts are flooded with water due to heavy rains. The main lakes which are the source of drinking water in chennai were filled up and the surplus water was opened.

The downpour in the low-lying areas also caused water to seep into homes in various places. All the people affected by the floods are being housed in relief camps. Steps have been taken to provide them with the necessary facilities.


The stench also made people frown as the wastewater came out along with the rainwater. Six tunnels, including the Saitai Duraisamy tunnel and the Madeleine tunnel, have been temporarily closed due to rain.

Two-wheelers and autos were left stranded in the rain-soaked roads, leaving people stranded. As rainwater was stagnant in various parts of chennai, chief minister stalin directly met the people and ordered the authorities to find out the situation and take immediate action.


Chief minister stalin also delivered relief aid to the people. He also held consultations with the authorities on the key steps to be taken next.

Following this, the repair work of the areas damaged due to intermittent rains was accelerated. Ministers also visited the rain-hit areas and provided relief aid.


In this situation, DMK mla Udayanithi stalin personally inspected the rain-affected areas in Chennai. He inspected the rain damage on the road opposite the AIADMK headquarters in Raipet, Chennai.

The AIADMK office has previously posted photos of him removing rainwater and walking around. He also posted photos of the study on his twitter page.


He said on his twitter account that the 119th Circle of Raipet had visited the rainwater catchment areas on Shanmugam Road and asked the authorities and the party to be ready to help remove the stagnant rainwater as soon as possible.


The siblings who saw this have been watching and appreciating them and have been sharing it with other sites at breakneck speed.
