Medak district collector concluded that the lands of Itala Rajender were occupied. Not only did he submit a report to the government to this effect, he also told the media at a press meet.

A committee headed by medak collector Harish found that there were ceiling lands in the lands set up by jamuna Hatcheries in the name of Itala Rajender's wife Jamuna.
The pollution Control Board confirmed that the poultry farm was not approved. The medak collector claimed that they had identified 76 acres of 30-hole land belonging to a total of people as having been forcibly looted.
The Dalits had complained that the jamuna Hatcheries lands had not been locked up and cultivated by them. It was found that 56 Assyrians had occupied the lands.

The collector concluded that the assigned lands in Achanpeta and Hakimpeta areas were occupied. In fact, when Rajender Itala was the minister .. he surveyed and gave a report on the same day as per kcr orders.

It was then reported that he had been captured. However, the jamuna Hatcheries owner filed a petition in the high court alleging non-compliance with the rules.
The high court dismissed the report and directed that the survey be conducted by giving notices in accordance with the rules. Silent officials at the time began operations after the huzurabad by-election.
According to the Collector's report, politics is likely to become more tumultuous when the kcr government revolved around the poultry farm.
