However, people who have achieved a good rank and got free seats will again attend the B category counseling in Telangana. They have a good rank, so they get a seat automatically. Private college owners also ensure that students who have secured seats in counseling pay their fees at their colleges.
Colleges will remain silent until even the top-up counseling rounds, which run in two to three phases, are completed. After concluding that there is no counseling, the owners of these colleges will inform the university that the students who have made money in category B will not attend.
