Dr. tamilisai soundararajan, the governor of Telangana, persisted with her plan to meet with various groups of people despite the embarrassment she caused chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao on sunday with her hurried tour of the flood-affected villages of Bhadrachalam. At the second Mahila darbar, which was conducted on Monday, tamilisai spoke with women from all walks of life and took their petitions on a variety of topics.

The governor promised to provide free legal assistance to the 41 women who needed it to pursue their legal claims with the aid of the Centre for Practicing Law and the hyderabad District Legal services Authority. On this occasion, the governor also gave three deserving women financial support from her discretionary gifts. They received the checks from her.

At this meeting with the Mahila darbar petitioners, the governor was joined by rekha Sharma, chair of the National Commission for women (NCW), as well as other legal professionals. Speaking on the occasion, tamilisai stated that the Mahila darbar interaction was not intended to stir up a fight but rather to provide constructive assistance to the needy ladies. There were numerous women who had a variety of issues, and she said, "We are sorting out the petitions and we have given the same to the government for the speedy redressal."
