The twin towers that were built for many years were demolished and razed to the ground within seconds today. The twin towers Apex and Cyan built by Supertech Construction Company were found to have been built in violation of building regulations. It was in this condition that it was demolished today. It is one of the largest demolitions in India. Standing at a height of 320 feet in noida, this building had more than 30 floors. The Apex building had a total of 32 floors. There were 29 floors in the same Cyan. Initially, it was planned to build 14 floors in one building and 9 floors in another. However, in 2012, the plan was amended and permission was given to build up to 40 floors in both 2 buildings.
However, the high court heard the case that it was an illegal building and ordered its demolition. On appeal, the judgment was again confirmed. It was in this condition that these towers were demolished. Totally a 3700 kg of explosives were used to damage this building. Many crores may have been spent to build this twin tower. It is a known fact. But almost 20 crore rupees have been spent only to demolish this twin tower. This 9-year-old building was demolished in just 9 minutes. The total cost of construction of this building with a total area of 7.5 lakh square feet is Rs. 933 per sq. ft. and a total cost of Rs. 70 crores.It is also said that the cost of a three-flat apartment in this Supertech Emerald court project is around 1.13 crore rupees. These two buildings had a total of 915 apartments. It is estimated that an income of around 1200 crore rupees may have been obtained through this. A total of 633 houses on 915 floors were booked in these two towers. It is also said that 180 crore rupees have been collected from the customers through this. customers were also asked to refund the amount collected with 12% interest.Around 7000 people live near these twin towers. It is noteworthy that there was also a 12-story building about 30 feet away from this building. As the demolition was planned, everyone in the vicinity was told to relocate. All in all, the building was demolished amid heavy security. This demolition, amid sinister collusion between the noida authorities and Supertech, may serve as a lesson to the makers of such rules.
