The three accused who tried to buy four telangana rashtra samithi MLAs got another shock. The supreme court on monday rejected their appeal for bail. Ordered to go as per the orders of the High Court. A division bench of the supreme court comprising Justice BR Gavai Vikramanath refused to interfere with the High Court's order challenging the order of the telangana high court dismissing the bail petition of the three accused - Ramachandra Bharti Nanda Kumar and Simhayaji Swamy.
The bench said that there was no need for the supreme court to intervene at this stage as the accused could file a review petition in the High Court. The bench rejected the plea of the accused to quash the case against them. Meanwhile, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the hyderabad Police, which is investigating the case under the guidance of a high court judge, has started questioning srinivas, a relative of bjp state president Bandi Sanjay, who booked the flight ticket for Simhayaji. Srinivas was questioned for helping one of the accused.
The other three suspects, BL Santosh, are general secretary of the BJP. Bharat Dharmika janasena (BDJS) founder president Tushar Vellapalli Mata Amritanandamayi Ashram Dr Jaggu Swamy did not attend the hearing before the SIT on Monday.
