The chief minister announced in a hindi tweet that "The kerala Story" would no longer be subject to taxes in Uttar Pradesh. A special screening of the film is anticipated to be attended by yogi adityanath and his whole cabinet.

Madhya Pradesh was the first state to declare the divisive movie tax-free on May 6. The adah Sharma-starring movie is probably going to be declared tax-free in uttarakhand by the bharatiya janata party (BJP) administration there. Pushkar Singh Dhami, the chief minister, is anticipated to make the declaration, according to reports.

On tuesday, at 5 o'clock, the chief minister is most likely to watch the film at a PVR theatre in Dehradun. Ganesh Joshi, a cabinet minister, will accompany him. After the release of The kerala Story trailer, a huge dispute sprang up. The film focuses on Kerala's religious brainwashing and the alleged targeting of Christian and Hindu women by extremist Islamic clerics. According to the movie, these women were dispatched to places like Afghanistan, Yemen, and syria "to fight for the cause of Islam" after becoming Muslims.
