Sai Loukik and Sai Sushmita, who are accused in the TSPSC paper leak case, had applied for bail, however Justice sambasivarao Naidu of the telangana high court denied their request on Thursday. In order to obtain bail, the petitioners came before the high court vacation Bench. They said they were qualified for bail. They let the court know that some other suspects had previously received bail. The petitioners claimed they had been detained for 42 days and that if freed on bail, they wouldn't sway the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.

A copy of the exam's question paper was obtained by Sai Sushmita, accused No. 18 in the case, according to the public prosecutor, who vigorously opposed the bail. In addition, Sai Loukik claimed that No. 17 and Sushmitha's spouse distributed the exam paper to other candidates while receiving sizable payments. The judge allowed the petitioners' request to withdraw the petition with the freedom to reappear in trial court after hearing all sides, as the judge was hesitant to give bail.
