The literary creations of the famous poet and lyricist Guda Anjaiah, according to chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, are the real expression of Telangana's ambitions and existence. On the occasion of his passing, he paid eloquent homage to one of the most prominent literary figures in the State, stating that Anjaiah had had a significant influence on telangana and its struggle for statehood. He had the power to inspire and fire spirits. He said that because of the way he wrote, many people were inspired to take up arms and fight for statehood.

The ordinary man was inspired by Anjaiah's songs, and their backing helped to launch a cultural revolution. His song "Nenu Raanu Biddo Sarkaru Dhavakhanaku," which describes the heinous treatment of patients in public hospitals under the rulers of seemandhra in the past, is largely responsible for the concentrated attention given to strengthening the health care system in particular and State development in general over the past nine years.

The chief minister claimed that by advancing in development and achieving the goals of the telangana martyrs, the State has become a model for the nation. He declared that telangana State will proceed in the same manner.
