The Lulu Group, an online retailer with headquarters in the UAE, is preparing to open Hyderabad's first Lulu Mall and Lulu Hypermarket. The statement was made on monday during a press conference in the city by Yusuff ali MA, chairman of Lulu Group. With an investment of Rs. 300 crore, the 5 lakh square foot mall formerly known as Manjeera Mall was renamed Lulu Mall, giving residents of hyderabad and the surrounding areas access to an international shopping experience.

The shopping complex would include a sizable Lulu Hypermarket, more than 75 domestic and foreign businesses, a 5-screen movie theatre with 1,400 seats, a multi-cuisine food court, and a children's play area, among other things. Over 2,000 people would be employed by the mall, which would be conveniently situated in Kukatpally. The 2,00,000-square-foot Lulu Hypermarket, which would feature separate sections for fashion, home appliances, electronics, mobile phones, IT, and lifestyle products under the brand names "Lulu fashion Store" and "Lulu Connect," would be the focal point of the shopping centre.
