Arvind kejriwal has described the ordinance brought by the central government as unconstitutional and has appealed to the supreme court to stop it immediately. AAP has filed a petition in the supreme court and appealed to take immediate cognizance of it. The delhi government said that this ordinance brought by the central government is unconstitutional. 

So it should be stopped immediately. Earlier in the day, the aam aadmi party (AAP) had announced that chief minister arvind kejriwal would burn copies of the central ordinance at the party office in central delhi on July 3. The party had organized a rally against the ordinance on june 11. It is to be noted that the central government issued an ordinance on May 19 to set up a 'National capital Public service Authority' to transfer 'Group-A' officers of 'Danix' cadre and take disciplinary action against them. Ordinance against supreme Court's decision.

Just a week before the promulgation of this ordinance, the supreme court had handed over control of all services in the national capital except police, law and order, and land to the delhi government. Before the apex court's May 11 verdict, transfers and postings of all delhi government officials were under the executive control of the lieutenant governor. The kejriwal government has said it is against the supreme Court's decision to control the services of officers.

AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj said that copies of the ordinance will be burnt in all 70 assembly constituencies of the national capital. On July 3, delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal, cabinet Ministers, and all MLAs will burn copies of this black ordinance at the party office at ITO. After that, copies of the ordinance will be burned in all 70 assembly constituencies on July 5. Copies of the Ordinance will be burnt in every nook and cranny of delhi between July 6 and July 13. kejriwal cabinet minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that all seven vice-presidents will ensure that copies are burnt in every area of Delhi.
