Union home and Cooperation minister amit shah will address the inaugural session of 'G20 Conference on Crime and Security in the Age of NFTs, AI and Metaverse' in Gurugram, haryana on 13 July 2023. The home minister will flag off Cyber Volunteers Squads from 7 premier educational institutions of India. During this, the home minister will also inaugurate an exhibition and release the conference medal.
Building a cyber secure india under the leadership of prime minister Narendra Modi and the guidance of Union home minister amit shah is one of the top priorities of the Ministry of home Affairs. The two-day conference to be held on July 13 and 14 will see over 900 participants including G20 countries, 9 special invitees, international organizations, technology leaders, domain experts from india and across the world.
The goal is to create a secure cyberspace
The objective of the conference is to create a global partnership to create a secure cyberspace and to prioritize cyber security concerns. The conference will provide a platform for exchange of new ideas and information and networking with visionary people from across the world. During this conference, 6 technical sessions and an exhibition of national and international products and services by organizations, industries working in the ICT sector will also be organized.
India is presiding over the G20 this year. Due to which the round of meetings between the G20 countries on various issues is going on in different cities of the country. In this episode, now this two-day conference is being organized regarding the crime related to issues like AI and Metaverse.
