Marathi actor-director ravindra Mahajani was found dead on friday in a rented apartment in Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. According to the police, Mahajani, a mumbai resident, was living alone in a rented apartment in Zarbia Society, Ambi, Talegaon Dabhade, for about eight months. Neighbors had informed the police on friday evening at around 4.30 pm when foul smell emanated from the apartment. Breaking the door of the house, the police found Ravindra's dead body As soon as the information was received, a team of Talegaon MIDC police station reached the spot. The police found the apartment locked from inside. After this, in the presence of the local people, when the police entered inside the house by breaking the door, everyone was shocked to see the scene there. Mahajani's dead body was lying inside. police said that the owner of the apartment has identified the dead Shakht as Mahajani. According to the police, it seems that the actor had died about two to three days before his body was found. The police has informed the family of the late actor. At present, the police have sent his body for postmortem to find out the cause of the actor's death. ravindra Mahajani Career Born in Belgaum, ravindra Mahajani started his acting journey with the film 'Saat Hindustani' in which he played the role of a police inspector. He got success in 1974 from the film Jhunj, directed by kiran Shantaram. The success of this project gave a new height to his career. After this, many of his films came, including 'Aaram Haram Hai', 'Lakshmi', 'Lakshmi Chi Pavalam', 'Devata', 'Gondhalat Gandal' and 'Mumbai Cha Faujdar'. He continued working in films till 2019. He was last seen in arjun kapoor and kriti sanon starrer film 'Panipat'.
