A local congress politician has been detained by kamareddy police after he is accused of assaulting and harming the management of Bhiknoor Toll Plaza while intoxicated. According to the police, the crime happened on Friday, june 21, and a FIR was filed the same day the victim filed a complaint. congress politician bheem reddy is seen on surveillance video of the event beating up a guy inside the toll booth with a stick. 

The video was uploaded on social media several times. According to the police, the complainant had minor wounds. According to the Bikhnoor sub-inspector, the congress leader was charged under sections 324 and 427 of the IPC.
