Chennai: Justice nisha Bhanu categorically stated that she is firm in her judgment in the minister Senthil balaji recruitment case. Moreover, Justice nisha Banu has ordered to end the recruitment case by saying that the supreme court should decide on this petition as well. A two-judge bench consisting of nisha Banu and Bharatha Chakraborty, which heard the writ petition filed by his wife Megala seeking the release of minister Senthil balaji, who was arrested by the enforcement department in the illegal money transfer ban case, gave different verdicts. As a result, Justice CV karthikeyan was appointed as the third judge to hear the case. The 3rd judge heard arguments from both sides in the case and delivered the verdict last week. Accordingly, a hearing was held today in a session of 2 judges regarding the enforcement department's detention decision.
