The central government had issued this ordinance (Delhi Ordinance 2023) on 19th May.In the ordinance issued by the Center, there is a provision to set up the National capital Civil services Authority for disciplinary action and transfers against Group-A officers of Danix cadre. An ordinance is brought by the government when the parliament is not in session, but it must be passed by the parliament within six weeks.
