Arun Govil of 'Ramayan' fame is making a comeback..!?

Actor Arun Govil, who played the role of Lord ram in the popular television serial 'Ramayan', has a huge fan following. Even today people worship him like Shri Ram. Meanwhile, there is good news for Arun's fans. Arun will soon be seen in the movie 'Sant Tukaram'. The special thing is that he will play the role of Bhagwan in this film too.


Why did Arun Govil sign this film?


According to media reports, Arun Govil will be seen in the role of Bhagwan Vitthal in 'Sant Tukaram'. Talking about this recently, Arun said in an interview, 'My cameo role will remain in this film. The director wanted me to play this role. Many people kept offering me roles in religious films, but I didn't agree to do them. But I did this role because of Saint Tukaram. Saint Tukaram is revered throughout Maharashtra. He was a social reformer and at the same time devoted to godliness.'


Arun Govil further said, 'I don't need to look like God. In the film, I will be in the role of a common man. He will come into the life of Saint Tukaram. Although he will look like a normal person in the movie, he will be much more than that. I am very excited about this role. Arun Govil was born on january 12, 1958, in ram Nagar (Meerut) Uttar Pradesh. After his studies, he worked in many plays. After that, he came to mumbai to do something different. Arun gained popularity after becoming ram on the small screen, but he got his first break in 1977 in tara Chand Badjatya's film 'Paheli'. Along with acting in tv shows, Arun has also acted in several films.
