We have taken permission to go to Manipur. And we, the citizens of India, represent the people. And this is our mission. Thus we go to Manipur. We have sought permission to meet the governor of Manipur. We are going to tell him what we see in the camps. We expect the prime minister to respond in the parliamentary debate on Manipur," he said.
