The Group 2 test for the telangana State Public service Commission (TSPSC), which was supposed to be held this month's end, will instead be held in November, the telangana administration announced on saturday night. According to a press statement, the decision was made after chief minister K chandrasekhar Rao instructed Chief Secretary A Santhi Kumari to discuss with the Commission and postpone the Group-2 test in order to prevent any difficulty for the applicants.

Due to the fact that a number of other competitive tests are also planned to take place this month, the candidates for TSPSC Group 2 have asked the Commission to postpone the exam. telangana Jana Samiti (TJS) and other parties protested on saturday, calling for the exam to be postponed as requested by the applicants.


The telangana State Public service Commission (TSPSC) had previously been given till Monday, august 14, by the telangana High court, to answer to the matter of the Group II exam's delay.  A petition by Group II candidates asking the court to order the TSPSC to reschedule the exams was being heard by the court. The petitioners suggested holding the examinations following the J.L., Polytechnic, and Gurukula Teacher Examinations.
