The bill to replace the ordinance related to transfer and posting of delhi officials has been passed by lok sabha (August 3) and rajya sabha (August 7). The bill has also got President Draupadi Murmu's assent, but the question is whether delhi chief minister arvind kejriwal and his aam aadmi party (AAP) will break away from the congress after

this. C-Voter has conducted a survey for ABP news regarding this.

The survey asked whether arvind kejriwal would part ways with the congress after the government's victory on the

delhi service Bill. On this, 30 percent people answered yes, while 39 percent people said no. On the other hand, 31

percent people said that they cannot say anything on this right now. In fact, congress and AAP are part of the 26-party

opposition alliance 'India'.

Why is the talk of separation coming up?

During the meeting of opposition parties hosted by cm Nitish Kumar in Patna, AAP's national convenor kejriwal had

asked to clear the stand on the delhi service Bill (then an ordinance related to transfer and posting of delhi officials).

During this, congress President mallikarjun Kharge had said that we will hold a meeting on this before the

commencement of the parliament session and clear the stand. After this, AAP had issued a statement saying that it will

not be a part of any opposition alliance with the presence of congress till it clears its stand, but now even after the

support of the congress, the bill was passed by the Parliament.
